I’ve been telling readers of our blog for a long time that MediaTrust’s people is what really makes it stand out. Case and point: how many other companies do you work with that have a band featuring their CEO and a member of Business Development? Here at MediaTrust we are proud of the fact that CEO Peter Bordes and Business Development guru Chantelle White know how to rock. They proved it at Affiliate Summit during a gig at the Hard Rock Hotel’s newest rock club called Wasted Space. I happened to be on hand to shoot some impromptu video and still photographs. This video was put together using several different songs from the night. It’s not synced to vocals or beat, but I think it captures the energy of the evening.
This week we’re doing a little something different for the show. We’ve been out of the studio and on the road at Affiliate Summit West and we thought this collection of still photos captured the spirit of the MediaTrust team at the show. You’ll see many of our team manning the Advaliant table at the Meet Market talking to clients and shots of Jivan Manhas speaking on the panel “Social Media Risks and Rewards.” Pay special attention to photos of our own Chantelle White and CEO, Peter Bordes rocking out with their band at Wasted Space at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Sure, there are rumors of a party we had at Red Rock Mansion, but pictures and stories of that are better left to in-person conversations with your affiliate manager and such. I can tell you that this party was the talk of the show!
Overall, Aff Summit was a great success for us. We reconnected with many of our business partners and made some great introductions that will hopefully turn into mutually beneficial partnerships throughout 2009.
